What Our Customers Say

Brilliant from start to finish. Island tour was amazing, with Evo friendly tree killing birds (visit to find out) Turtles a plenty on the glass bottomed boat Snorkel in a giant fish tank, with sharks and a massive variety of fish. Don’t worry mosquitoes kill more people than sharks!!! With a great lunch, super attentive staff and Danny’s jokes the trip is worth every dollar Special mention to the support given to weaker and less confident swimmers, the staff are out in the water with buoyancy aids. everyone can do it!

Snorkelers Delight

Amazing Day – The top item on my bucket list was snorkeling on the Barrier Reef ! It was all that and more. Boat was very comfortable, crew knowledgeable and entertaining, snacks and lunch was really nice. Trip out was great, saw a number of dolphins along the way, and the weather was perfect. Arrived and anchored and were in 3 groups, each taking turns in the glass bottom boat, then a stroll on Musgrave Island and then swimming/snorkeling. There are no words to describe in full the feeling of floating over huge amounts of beautiful coral and at the same time seeing fish of all sizes and colors alongside us, even watching turtles eating and swimming, so cool. Whilst walking along the coral shore of the Island we saw many small rays and black tip sharks . I have snorkeled in many places (Mauritius, Grand Comoros, Aruba etc) but this tops them all !!!! I can’t wait to visit Australia again and visit the reef further up. If you have free time, make sure you take this trip, it’s worth every penny – Thanks Lady Musgrave.

Absolutely spectacular!

We had an absolute blast! The boat trip was great with really good facilities. Morning tea and lunch was good value. The snorkelling, glass bottom boat tour and island walk were all absolutely spectacular. We saw turtles, sharks, rays and loads of fish! We will be going again! Hopefully annually!

Great trip with great staff!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our day on the reef getting to see it from the boat and while snorkeling!! The day was filled with activities and the tickets also included more than enough food!! The trip really made me think twice about the carbon footprint I have and how to help create a more sustainable environment. Also the staff really know their stuff and are super friendly, our favourite guide was Natalie!!

Highlight of our Queensland trip

Totally recommend Lady Musgrave Experience from Bundaberg. It started when we missed our connecting flight to Bundaberg and they were more than happy to reschedule our trip (4 adults and 9yr old boy). We finally departed on Aug 29th, shoes off on the boat, comfy seats and table booths (we chose the table). Morning tea of scones and cream, souvenir coffee cup for $10 with unlimited drinks or complimentary tea/coffee/water. My friend’s grandson stood on the top deck and came down excited to see whales. We all went up and saw many blows in the distance and the occasional breach. Then a whale came right beside the boat and waved his long fin at us before showing his big tail. Awesome!!! Apparently now is the time of the humpback whale migration. We were split into three groups to do the island walk, glass bottom boat and snorkelling. We did the island walk and glass bottom boat in the morning and then had a buffet lunch (meat, prawns, salad, buns etc). The snorkelling after lunch was our highlight. My partner has type 1 diabetes and the staff were very vigilant after asking us to disclose any health issues. We swam with turtles and saw beautiful fish, coral etc. Most coral is brown (natural) and the coral here is very healthy, despite the media saying otherwise.
Afternoon tea, a thorough headcount and the trip home, exhausted but happy. The Lady Musgrave team were friendly and helpful.
We will be looking forward to doing this trip again.
