Accessibility

We are committed to improving access and inclusion for guests with a disability.

Our vessel Reef Empress, used for the Lady Musgrave Island Full Day Tour, is wheelchair accessible once onboard.

Please note that electric wheelchairs cannot be accommodated, as there is no wheelchair lift and access to the vessel involves seven steps.

Our crew can assist guests using manual or collapsible wheelchairs.

There are accessible bathroom facilities onboard Reef Empress and the Lady Musgrave HQ Pontoon. Our glass bottom boat can accommodate standard and collapsible wheelchairs, and our friendly crew are available to provide assistance where required.

Beach wheelchairs for use on the island must be hired and arranged prior to travel through the Bundaberg Toy Library: bundytoylibrary@ymcabundaberg.org.au or (07) 4153 2909.

Our tour guides can also personalise the experience for guests with vision or hearing impairments to ensure an enjoyable and inclusive experience.
