Our operations currently include:
The successful applicants will have the opportunity to work both on our day tours and as a host/guide for overnight accommodation onboard HQ Pontoon reef accommodation. Day tours and overnight transfers operate daily via Bundaberg Port Marina.
Marine biology, Master Reef Guide qualifications, Eye on the Reef training, multi-lingual and/or previous experience working on the Great Barrier Reef would be advantageous.

Sales & Marketing Coordinator
About the role:
Explore an exciting new career path at Lady Musgrave Experience. We are seeking a creative and passionate Sales & Marketing Coordinator – a combined role of both digital marketing and internal/external sales. This is a 12 month maternity cover contract, reporting and working closely to the Marketing Director. This integral role will provide support across all market segments, to action trade proposals and contracts in a timely manner, and assist with and attend trade events/workshops/webinars, presentations and familiarisation trips.
Marketing scope includes but is not limited to support in the execution of Lady Musgrave Experience’s marketing and communications activities, production and placement of advertising, online marketing and social media management, electronic mailing, media relations, database management, collateral production, end of month reporting, partner marketing activities, and promotional tracking.

Bookings Office Administrators:
Lady Musgrave Experience are seeking suitably qualified casual bookings/reservations administrators. The successful applicants will work in our busy Bargara office and must be available for immediate start.
Applicants must be exceptional communicators and looking for a career in an exciting fast paced work environment.
Applicants should posses the following skills:

Chef
Lady Musgrave Experience are seeking a suitably qualified Chef or Cook for overnight hosting onboard Lady Musgrave HQ pontoon ‘sleep on the reef’ accommodation.
The successful applicant will be responsible for cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner for up to 26 guests with rotating set menus. Roster week comprises of 4 days on and 3 days off. Responsibilities also include all food and alcohol ordering and stock control. Applicants must be exceptional communicators and customer service providers looking for a career in an exciting fast paced work environment. Preference given for those who are available for immediate start.

– Marine or tourism industry experience will be seen as advantageous

Dive Instructors / Dive Masters:
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work on a range of diving experiences from Introductory Dives through to Advanced Open Water Scuba Diving Courses. You will work as part of a high calibre team of professionals ensuring our guest experience is the very highest level of service and safety.
Divers will guide day and overnight guests across a vast array of experiences from Mandarin Fish night dives to Manta Rays and Sharks on the Outer Reef during the day. Diving activities cover a vast range of sites located on the Southern Great Barrier Reef including however not limited to:

In this role you will be central to ensuring our guests experience the very highest levels of service and safety whilst in charge. You will posses excellent customer service and communication skills, be a confident and experienced Master. Previous experience in supervising large groups with the ability to engage and motivate both staff, and our guests. Your attention to detail will be key in this role, as will strong organizational and communication skills.

MED 1:
In this role you will be central to ensuring our vessels are maintained to the highest standard. You will posses excellent customer service and communication skills, be a confident and experienced Engineer. Previous experience in maintaining all systems on high speed passenger vessel. Your attention to detail will be key in this role with a focus on preventative/scheduled maintenance.
