Lady Musgrave HQ, Queenslands new three-level pontoon nestled in the sheltered waters of Lady Musgrave Island Lagoon in the Capricorn Bunker Islands, is set to revolutionise guest experiences on the Great Barrier Reef and is a must-do when visiting Bundaberg with friends or family.
The luxury pontoon provides a new way to experience the Great Barrier Reef and Lady Musgrave Island. The 35 metre-long, 12 metre-wide boat provides independent snorkel and dive platforms making it an easy way to experience the Great Barrier Reef, as well as seamless access to high-speed dive boats for the ultimate scuba diving experience, the glass bottom boat allowing you to stay dry while seeing the local tropical fish and marine life, and the luxury catamaran Reef Empress.
The underwater observatory is the main attraction for day guests and overnight visitors alike. View the spectacular marine life and the stunning corals by day, and by night enjoy live a board-style bunk accommodation for up to 20 guests, where you can fall asleep viewing the abundant marine life. This overnight option is perfect for dive groups or school groups wanting to experience the Great Barrier Reef in a unique way that allows you to create memories that last a lifetime.
In addition to sleeping in a Lower Deck Double Glamping Bed, guests may sleep above the surface in an Upper Deck Island View Queen Glamping Bed.
Overnight stays include VIP transfers, meals and snorkelling equipment hire on our luxury catamaran departing Bundaberg Port Marina. Our unique accommodation can accommodate two people, with shared amenities, private hot shower cubicles and locker storage offering some of the comforts of home in a tropical paradise.
Enjoy a delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner prepared by our onboard chef using fresh local produce with unbeatable reef views on the pontoon deck or indulge in a picnic hamper on Lady Musgrave Island with your own private beach.
The pontoon features the most sustainable and eco-friendly build in the world. Above the waterline, it is completely solar and wind-powered; below the waves, coral cultivation and Citizen Science programs give back to the world’s greatest natural treasure.
