LADY MUSGRAVE EXPERIENCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All tours are subject to weather and minimum numbers and maybe changed without notice due to conditions on the day and will incur no liability for any such cancellation or alteration. Lady Musgrave Experience reserves the right to substitute vessels if necessary.
RESERVE NOW & PAY LATER!
You can now book a day tour and not worry about payment until 48 hours prior to travel date. All outstanding payments are automatically deducted from your supplied credit card 48 hours prior to travel.
Lady Musgrave Experience has flexible cancellation policies so that you can book your Great Barrier Reef experience with confidence.
To avoid cancellation fees contact bookings (07) 41515225 to reschedule or place your booking on hold for use at a later date. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to action these changes. Failure to arrive on time or board on the morning of travel will result in full forfeit of your fare.
DAY TOURS CANCELLATION POLICY:
No cancellation fees for day tour bookings cancelled up to 48 hours prior to travel date.
Cancellation within 48 hours of travel – 50% cancellation fee
Cancellations within 24 hours of travel – 100% cancellation fee
ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY:
Payment is to be made upfront for accommodation bookings.
Free to re-schedule up to one week prior to travel, otherwise cancellation policy applies.
Cancellation from booking to 7 days of travel – 20% cancellation fee.
Cancellation within 7 to 3 days of travel – 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 3 days of travel – 100% cancellation fee.
CAMPING TRANSFERS CANCELLATION POLICY:
Payment is to be made upfront for camping transfers. 100% cancellation fee applies for camping transfers.
Should a tour be cancelled by Lady Musgrave Experience you may choose to have your booking:
– placed on hold for future use up to 3 years
– full refund if booked and paid direct. Please allow 3-10 business days for refund to be received into your account.
We do recommend taking out travel insurance to assist in covering your accommodation costs or fees incurred if tours are cancelled.

Lady Musgrave Experience holds no responsibility for loss or damage to goods.
At Lady Musgrave Experience the safety of our guests is paramount. Due to the nature of our business there are certain risks involved and the best way to manage these risks is to prevent them from happening in the first case. All of our crew are expertly trained and experienced. On board our vessels it is imperative that you follow any and all directions from our crew.
We will require all persons travelling onboard our vessels to complete pre-departure waivers online (no printing necessary):
